The purchase and sale of office, retail, industrial/flex and multi-family properties ranging in price from $750,000 to $58,000,000.

	Purchase of a $29,500,000 shopping center in a transaction involving the assumption of a securitized loan. The property was acquired by multiple entities under a tenancy-in-common ownership structure created to accommodate Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges and the lender’s bankruptcy-remote entity requirements.
	Purchase and subsequent sale of an office building for $18,000,000 for an investment client, resulting in a $1,500,000 profit in less than one year.
	Purchase and concurrent "flip" of a 17 acre, environmentally contaminated industrial property for $17,500 ,000, creating an immediate profit for the client of $3,000,000.
	Sale of two multi-family residential apartment complexes for a Fortune 100 company for $35,000,000.
	Purchase of a 10 acre and 35 acre parcel of land, as well as the negotiation of contracts for the design and construction of a 320,000 square foot parts distribution center and a 100,000 square foot vehicle preparation and distribution center for an automobile manufacturer.
	Sale of a lender-owned portfolio of 80 free-standing, retail stores in individual transactions ranging from $800,000 to $1,800,000. Legal work included developing standardized documentation and compromise provisions to enable quick negotiations, conducting a pre-sale assessment of each property for title, environmental and physical defects and proactively correcting those items deemed an impediment to sale.

The leasing of office, retail, industrial/flex and multi-family properties for both landlords and tenants with transactions ranging from 1,000 to 300,000 square feet.

	Preparation of retail, office and medical office lease forms for numerous clients for projects and portfolios ranging from 40,000 to 600,000 square feet.
	Tenant representation in numerous office, retail and industrial leases for a variety of clients with transactions ranging from 1,000 to 300,000 square feet.
	Tenant representation on behalf of two national retail tenants for premises in premier shopping malls throughout the nation.
	Tenant build-to-suit lease for 285,000 square foot manufacturing and corporate office facility for a home furnishings manufacturer.
	Owner representation for leases at a 400,000+ square foot office building and retail complex.

Financing
