Richard Gee is of counsel to the firm and has over 20 years experience in real estate law -- specifically, leasing, buying, selling, financing and development of office, industrial and retail real estate. He advises on property acquisition, 1031 exchanges, title issues, financing, construction, leasing, land use and redevelopment matters. Richard also has several years experience representing hospitality management companies as well as hospitality and resort properties. A native Spanish speaker, he has represented several Latin-American companies in real estate and business matters both in the United States and in Latin America. 

When not practicing real estate law, Richard is an avid musician and a politico.
