Rick Angel, Attorney

With over 25 years of as a commercial real estate lawyer handling complex transactions, Rick is at ease working with Fortune 100 companies, mid and small sized companies and individual investors, owners, landlords, tenants, borrowers and brokers. Rick’s expertise in leasing, buying, selling, financing and managing commercial real estate provides clients a trusted advisor and engaged participant in any commercial real estate transaction.

Rick supplements his real estate law practice with attention and focus gained from 20 years of practiced yoga and meditation. He also enjoys road biking and skiing.

As former partner and head of the commercial real estate department of a large full service corporate law firm, Rick Angel represented Fortune 100 companies in their commercial real estate transactions. He also served as General Counsel of a publicly traded financial services company for 5 years before forming Angel Law Offices in 2002. Rick has lectured on various commercial real estate law and business topics and published numerous articles. He is recognized as an expert in his field, having been awarded the highest rating for professional excellence, legal ability and ethical standards by his peers.

He is passionate about Angel Law Offices using technology to boost efficiency, lower client costs and increase client satisfaction and was recently featured in a case study on his innovative use of mindmapping in his practice by MindJet (See Mindjet Success Story), the leading mind-mapping software company.
